I like it overall 7/10.
Though, it needs more blending, the idea is nice.
The text is pretty nice although personally I'd like more motion blur, or a gaussian blur ontop of the motion blur to make it a bit more "woosh"-ish.
The 3rd one is best in my opinion, I've never been a fan of 2 renders.
The red reiatsu is better than the blue and fits better in the whole.
Slightly coloring the background couldn't hurt also.
Try copying the ichico layer, filter > distort > Generate. [or wave, one of the 2]
In the window that pops up, select Square, Randomize it a bit, very, very largely Gaussian Blur it and either Overlay, Screen or burn it in the background so you get a bit of a... Flare-ish background, with punch.

Better than the Mario sig, definitely.

It is actually Visor , but japanese make it sound like Vizard/Vaizard.
